The "Father" of ZIP codes is Robert Moon, the worker of post department. Moon has offered new system of indexes in 1944 when he worked as the post inspector.Government agencies of the USA have the separate five-digits and nine-digits ZIP codes which are not providing other users of post services in a post zone with the given index.Many gasoline pumps that offer "pay at the pump" require credit card customers to enter the ZIP code of their billing address as a form of added security.
